Adam's equal passion for creating new work and supporting other artists in their creative endeavors has led them to produce and head creative spaces.
In 2022, Adam founded UNTITLED Musical Project which provides space for marginalized musical theatre writers of BIPOC/Global Majority, LGBTQIA+/Queer, and their intersecting identities to develop their work and engage in supporting and critiquing their colleague's work.

UNTITLED Musical Project began in 2022 with the UNTITLED Musical Writers Group which supports 12 BIPOC and/or LGBT musical theatre writers.
